I'm Jennifer Roberts, an ICF-credentialed coach and NeuroLeadership Institute trained practitioner who works with senior professionals and the organizations that develop them. My coaching draws on brain-based science and behavioral frameworks to help leaders navigate complexity with intention, whether that means making high-stakes decisions, rebuilding after disruption, or reclaiming capacity amid intense personal pressure.
I spent 17+ years inside Big Four Professional Services and global consulting environments, which gave me a rare inside view of how high-performing professionals grow and where they get stuck. Combined with my own lived experience and the human complexity I've navigated both personally and professionally, that perspective informs everything I bring to coaching.
